Strategy and Organization Design expert

With over 20 years of experience across Central & South-eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East, Michael has held expert, managerial, and consulting roles. He’s managed HR departments in both start-ups and corporate environments, mainly within ICT and service industries.

Michael specializes in strategic HR, compensation & performance management, talent management, and HR audits. His consulting focuses on organization design, strategy development for the food industry, and non-profits.

He holds degrees in business administration (Vienna, 1996), cultural studies (Istanbul, 2011), and education in systems thinking & design (2015), providing a unique perspective on organizational dynamics.

Do I need prior HR knowledge to take this course?

No, not necessarily. This course is primarily for business leaders who do not (yet) have an HR function in their organisation, but still want to create a professional working environment and a thriving organizational culture. No HR experience, but people responsibility and questions and challenges around those responsibilities.

Will I get personalized feedback on my Employee Value Proposition, job offer and personnel budget? 

The 1:1 coaching, which is an integral part of our blended learning offer, provides the opportunity to get feedback and discuss practical HR questions.

How long does the course take to complete? 

The learning content is around 120 minutes. The assignments, when done properly, will take another 2-3 hours to complete.

What specific HR skills will I gain?

The course offers a comprehensive introduction to how to build a convincing Employee Value Proposition (EVP), from the ground up. It gives participants the conceptual foundation and practical guidance on how to approach each of the 5 elements of the EVP.

What tools or software do I need to complete the course?

It is really straightforward. The learning material is video content from the Konsultori Academy. In addition, participants receive templates in standard Microsoft formats.

Is there any support available after I complete the course?

The learning content, assignments and additional materials are complemented by a 1 hour 1:1 coaching session, to reflect on the learning, the learning transfer into participants' organizations and to discuss actual challenges around People & Culture.

Can I use the templates provided in the course for my actual business?

Yes, they are designed and ready to be used in everyday business situations and are very easy-to-use.
