That’s why we built this program specifically for later-stage Deep Tech founders, to help you get truly ready to scale across 12 essential areas. We’ve designed six focused sprints packed with proven frameworks, expert input, hands-on assignments, tools and templates, and feedback.

The program blends group sessions, expert office hours, and flexible self-paced learning so you can have decent time on developing your product and scaling your business. You will implement the results of your assignment in your startup in all dimensions to take a large step forward in scaling readiness and start your scaling journey better prepared and aware of how to avoid pitfalls.

And this is how we structured our program

This run starts with a kick-off meeting and contains 6 sprints. Each sprint provides methodological input with real-life examples, useful resources, and additional materials. Participants will work on a practical assignment for implementation in your scaleup in each sprint, followed by a live group session where you get a chance to present and discuss your work. After each sprint, you'll have completed a key piece of your overall scaling strategy. At the end, you'll receive final expert feedback from Konsultori and walk away with a complete, actionable scaling plan.

Kick-off and Scaling Readiness Check

This is an introductory meeting. Participants self-assess their status using the automated Scaling Readiness Check before the kick-off workshop and receive automated results.

Sprint 1: Strategy and operationalization

You will take steps to bring strategy into the organization and translate it into action. You will discuss the role of goal-setting frameworks (such as OKRs) in strategy execution and participatory leadership instruments.

Sprint 2: Product Market Fit 

You will focus on validating the product’s fit with the market and talk about the needs of your core customers, how to serve them best, how to improve PMF and, how to generate a predictable revenue stream out of your product.

Sprint 3: Sales

You will focus on driving sales by developing effective strategies, identifying target customers, engaging with key segments, and exploring automation opportunities within your CRM and sales processes.

Sprint 4: Funding

You will look at your long-term funding journey and effects on instruments and cap table, look into your next funding round battle plan, learn about startup valuation methods, and establish a suitable KPI system for communication with investors.

Sprint 5: People and Culture

Understand the role of culture, people and practices for successful scaling of your startup, is HR important, which HR instruments are essential and how to implement them in the right way. 

Sprint 6: Operations and Execution

We’ll cover what an operating model is, how it helps future-proof your business, the key elements to include, and the tools and infrastructure you need to support your processes.

Who is this program for?

This program is designed for later-stage Deep Tech founders preparing to scale. While live sessions focus on founders, key team members like technical leads and product managers are encouraged to join and participate in assignments to ensure aligned, effective scaling.

What is the time commitment for this program?

We take this program as seriously as you take your entrepreneurial journey. While it’s intense and demands commitment, you’ll only need about 1 hour a day to complete each sprint.

Do I need any prerequisites before joining the program?

Generally, no. The program is primarily designed for later-stage startups beginning their scaling journey. However, basic knowledge of Excel is preferable.

Do I get a refund if I don't want to participate?

We do not have a refund policy. 

Can I participate with my co-founder?

Yes, we actually encourage you to participate as a team! Just make sure one person takes the lead on each sprint, though you’re free to switch roles between sprints. Feel free to invite other team members to work on assignments and collaborate. Our program is all about fostering teamwork!
